Let Only

This service is simply about finding the right tenant for you and your property in as quick a time period as possible and involves the following:

•    Booking and conducting viewings
•    Providing feedback after each viewing
•    Discussing offers
•    Agreeing a let and securing deposit
•    Fully referencing tenant
•    Ensuring there is a valid EPC and gas certificate
•    Drawing up paperwork
•    Moving tenant in

Fully Managed

In this service we take the hassle out of renting by dealing with all aspects of the  process from the initial viewings right through to the tenant vacating.To manage the property we have commision of 5% on full management. This service includes the following:

•    Photographic Inventory
•    Holding deposit in our DPS account
•    Rent Collection
•    Regular Inspections
•    Informing Utility Companies
•    Rent Increase
•    Tenancy Check out
