Important information for landlords and tenants

Lettings Fees

Fees for client landlords:

• Introduction Fee: a total fee of £500.00 for introducing a tenant or tenants to a landlord to be housed within the rental property  

• Full Management Fee: 5% of the total rent collected per month during the term of the tenancy agreement.

•  You will be pleased to note that there is no deposit registration fee

• Inventory Fees: charges will depend on the size of the property and the type of services requested by a client. We are always happy to advise on the scope of work we believe is needed as regards a client's property. We will of course provide a full breakdown of all fees to a client and obtain his or her agreement to the fees before we formally carry out any such work.

• You will be pleased to note that there is no tenancy renewal fee

No fees levied to tenants

• Hamly Real Estate Ltd does not levy or charge any fees to tenants

Sales Fees

0.75 % of the total sale price of the property

Money Protection Scheme

We are part of the following money protection scheme: UKALA (with Client Money Protection)

We are able to send a paper copy of the certificate to any person who may reasonably require it, at no cost to such person.
